Ranging from a slower meditation practice to power vinyasa, a sequence will be developed to guide you based on your needs. Mindfulness and breath are the basis to understanding ourselves and our bodies. Yoga assists in the opening and release of energy in the body.
Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT)
In the work of Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT) a safe space is created to support symptoms related to anxiety, stress, and trauma to practice yoga and use the teachings of yoga to assist in self-regulation and the ability to handle trauma response and triggering situations.
