Loneliness May Warp Our Genes, And Our Immune Systems

I came across this article by Angus Chen today. One study mentioned in the article addresses how loneliness affects the body and immune system differently by triggering a fight or flight response which can be hard on the human system over time. This made me think of the human experience and how therapy; individual or group and our workshops could really help to build community.

Don't spend your evening at home. Grab a friend or join us to meet some new people at one of our workshops.
